| Removal and discard the following for new material installation Removal of all electrical wires and devices, inspect copper plumbing and remove corrosion , copper coils in A/C unit, A/C ducts and devices ,alarm wires and devices, central vacuum outlets, carpet, pad and tack strip, drywall, insulation, mirrors Prior to drywall being re-installed Wipe down stud space and overhead framing tracks from all drywall debris, run air scrubbers, vacuum all surfaces and hand wash up to four times with proven drywall cleaning solution and micro cleaning remove / replace supplies. Cleaning will be inspected and passed by a third party clearance inspector. |
